FLAMMSYSCOMP GmbH & Co. KG based in 16761 Hennigsdorf has commissioned VALERES to construct a turnkey manufacturing and storage facility along with a social area and outbuildings (total surface area: 4,600m²).

 

A total of six separate companies are gathered under the roof of the FLAMM group of companies: One of these is FLAMMSYSCOMP GmbH & Co. KG, which arose from Barthel Werkzeugbau GmbH, founded in Berlin in 1935, and which today is run by CEO Frieder Flamm and Thorsten Ladwig.

 

This metallurgical company supplies die-cast products made from various types of steel and stainless steel to the automobile, household appliance and electrical industries. The products are developed by FLAMMSYSCOMP in conjunction with the client then turned into production line models.

 

The production workshop in Hennigsdorf currently employs 85 people on a two-shift rota, completing a total stroke count of up to 75m per year. FLAMMSYSCOMP can demonstrate several certifications: it has been designated as e.g. DIN/ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2005 compliant since 2001; furthermore, the company has already received several supplier commendations from renowned clients.
