As part of a joint venture with a foreign partner structuring and managing investment portfolios throughout Europe (Teesland iOG), and by means of its financial structure, VALERES Konstruktioun began, in November 2007, the construction of a 3.000 m² administrative building on the Contern site, to be available in one year’s time.
This integrated-concept building with its innovative design will be the first element of the Campus Contern, a site made up of eight buildings with equal surface area, finally amounting to a total surface area of 24.000 m².
This leafy, next-generation site, situated close to Luxembourg City and to the airport, will offer a very large number of parking facilities with almost one parking spot per employee, fitted rentable offices starting from half floors of 350 m², a gross rental cost of EUR 16 per m², including standard fittings and very affordable rental fees.
The site will be integrated in a former industrial district, on which high-status administrative buildings have been developed over the years, occupied by such renowned companies as IBM or IEE, with architecture reminiscent of the building designs seen in Kirchberg.
