We present a development for halls/offices/shops in the craft and commercial zoning of Fentange, rue Bettembourg (near Hesperange). The land has an area of 5.480 m² with a building area of 2.769 m² on ground.

The road work has just begun and we plan to deliver the first building by the end of 2012.
